"Manager extremely rude don’t come here!!! Increased my bill without letting us know, came in to ask about why it was increased and the manager said 3 different stories and got rude for no reason and refused to refund money Ashlee otero is her name BEWARE Update: I was never informed that what you’re saying, you came up with 3 different stories that don’t make sense. You guys were bluntly rude. Don’t come here!!"

Our agency reached out to the State Farm Billing Department to determine what options you may have. Please note that all refunds come from the State Farm Billing Department, not our office. We are waiting to hear back from them, as they have 24 hours to do so. Please know that we are diligently working on your behalf to resolve this matter. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

"They are fine as long as you don't make a claim. They send ever increasing bills reliably, and get snarky when you ask about the increases. Then, a claim, and all of a sudden they don't want to help or talk to you. So much for the "benefits" of dealing with a local agent. BEWARE"

"I have been with this insurance for year's every time I have called for help on repairs Insurance does not cover?? Why am I paying you if you cannot help when I need it? I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY"
